PHHRC Proudly Introduces the Price Hill Pro Realtor Program!

A Price Hill PRO is a realtor who has completed our Housing Resource course on Price Hill and the Price Hill real estate market. They have been trained on the history, business development, arts and culture, and green living in Price Hill.  They also have exclusive access to the realtor programs at the Housing Resource Center. If you want to buy a house in Price Hill and you are looking for a realtor, try a Price Hill PRO!

Building Blocks Micro Grant

$2000 is available for any block, group of blocks, or other geographically continguous residential area to do a project designed to improve the physical conditions of the homes in that area.

What Kind of Projects Are We Talking About?
We want the ideas to come from you, the residents of Price Hill. Below are some examples:

Unifying features (same lamp, hedge, flower box, etc.)
Upgraded street signage
Repairing curbs and sidewalks
Installing tress in public right of ways or other public spaces
A single project that will enhance the entire block, such as the demolition of a problem structure

Because this is for pysical development, we will not accept things like block parties, fund raisers, or neighborhood watch supplies, for example.

Who Is Eligible?

Applications must come from a consortium of residents from within a geographic area and should display overall buy-in from the residents.
