About - Economic Development

Public/Private Partnership and Coordination

Price Hill Will is committed to working alongside the City of Cincinnati, business associations, individual business owners, property owners and residents to build a healthy and vibrant economy in Price Hill.

To the end, PHW’s role in economic development is oriented toward networking ideas and business district development opportunities with resources. Resources can take the form of technical assistance, planning & design, or referrals to incentive programs outside of the organization.

Our Model: Build Upon Existing Anchors and Investments

Price Hill Will has created development programs to stabilize the business districts by supporting targeted and high impact projects that demonstrate the viability of the neighborhood and inspire confidence in the market.

Current Projects

Community Entertainment District -Price Hill has been awarded a CED designation by Cincinnati's Mayor and City Council. The CED will encompass several blocks in the East Price Hill, giving the area the ability to compete for dine-in restaurants.

Incline Business District Master Plan Implementation - The Incline Business District Master Plan was approved by the Cincinnati Planning Commission on Friday, October 21, 2011. A zoning study will be done to measure the impact of CN-P (Commercial Neighborhood-Pedestrian) zoning in blocks connecting Price Ave. and the Warsaw Business District with the Incline Village development.
