The Buy – Improve – Sell Program is the core real estate development vehicle for Price Hill Will. Unstable, blighted homes are purchased at minimal cost by Price Hill Will. The homes get a full gut rehabilitation from foundation to roof. All new electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural systems are installed. The interior and exterior finishes are completely redone to appeal to a wide range of prospective home buyers. The homes are then sold at a price that increases comparative housing values in the neighborhood, inspiring other property owners to improve their homes and vacant lots. The program has made a positive impact on several areas across the three Price Hill neighborhoods. As of today, 70+ homes have been done through the Buy – Improve –Sell Program. The current emphasis is and has been on the Cedar Grove area of West Price Hill.
