Welcome the Wellness CAT!

It’s official! Our resident-led fitness program, formerly known as Let’s Get Physical, has a new name, the Price Hill Wellness Community Action Team (CAT)!

Classes are available five times a week and feature live music from local artists on select days. The program also recently announced the addition of cardio classes to the roster and welcomed two new instructors to the team on April 9th. It is exciting to see the program growing and we hope to see you at a class or event in the near future!

In other exciting news, the Wellness CAT is hosting a continuing education course at ARCO on May 15th! If you are interested in learning how to facilitate and teach yoga energetics and sequences, this is the perfect course for you. Registration is $80 and all proceeds will help us provide free, donation-based yoga and wellness classes to Price Hill residents.

Be sure to follow @PriceHillWellnessCAT on Facebook to learn more about classes, courses, and events.

Artist Call!

April’s Arts@ARCO celebrating National Poetry Month was so much fun! Thank you to WordPlay, Cincinnati Type & Print Museum, Price Hill Arts Connection, and all of the amazing poets who shared their stories with us.

If you missed the event, don’t fret! Our next Arts@ARCO honoring Mental Health and Wellness is set for Sunday, May 1st. Join us as we gather to shed light on foundational information about mental health and steps for individuals and communities to cultivate well-being, awareness, and acceptance of ourselves and others. More details to come! Follow @ARCOCincy on Facebook and Instagram to stay up-to-date with upcoming events.
