Equitable access to play spaces is important for healthy communities, especially during the pandemic. This is why we are working to create a Rapid Run and Dunham (RRAD) Wayfinding project to address several of the communities' recommendations by utilizing art to create more equitable access to the greenspace.
Rapid Run Park and Dunham Recreation Center are two great neighborhood assets in close proximity to each other that are difficult to find. This Wayfinding project will create artistic signage that helps to visually link the two spaces and guide residents to discover new outdoor play destinations nearby.
