ARCO (Arts & Community)
is our transformation of the former Price Hill Masonic Lodge into a center for the arts and community.
WACC (Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus)
is our transformation of eight historic buildings on the 3100 block of Warsaw into affordable apartments and business storefronts.
The Elberon
is our collaborative transformation of a blighted historic building into affordable senior apartments.
Meiser's Fresh Grocery & Deli
is our collaborative fresh food access initiative that reintroduced a newly renovated grocery store to Lower Price Hill.
Casa Colina
is our collaboration with ArtWorks transforming a blighted house with a wrap-around mural design inspired by the Latinx community in Price Hill.
