About - Physical Revitalization

A key indicator of a community’s strength is its physical appearance, and Price Hill has experienced significant issues in this area over the last decade. As one of Cincinnati’s oldest suburbs, Price Hill has aging residential and commercial buildings many of which are vacant as a result of the foreclosure epidemic and overall economic conditions. Though Price Hill has strong business districts offering a variety of products, services and entertainment, much of the business districts' available stock consist of small, outdated storefronts which do not offer the square footage or parking demanded by expanding retailers.

Our Model: Target Areas that Make an Impact

Price Hill Will has created development programs to stabilize the housing market and business districts by selecting targeted and high impact projects that demonstrate the viability of the neighborhood and inspire confidence in the market.
