End of the Line Park

Price Hill Will is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors for the construction of a new pocket park & parking lot in West Price Hill. The project site consists of 3 parcels: 4522 West 8th Street, 809 Overlook Avenue, and 811 Overlook Avenue. Using prepared construction drawings, the General Contractor will execute work involving site demolition, an underground detention system, a 7-stall parking lot, right-of-way paving, seating fixtures, electric installation, and landscaping.

Bidding Schedule:

• FAQ delivered to interested bidders on Friday, August 1

• Bid Close Deadline — Tuesday, August 19, at 5pm

• Bid Opening — Wednesday, August 20, at 8am

  • This public bid opening will be hosted at the office of Price Hill Will, located at 3301 Price Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45205. The entrance to our office is located down a small staircase off of Price Avenue.

• Bid Decision — Friday, August 29, by 5pm
