Jim is involved in management of, the “Buy, Improve Sell” and “Homesteading programs”. This includes: developing program guidelines, streamlining and defining remodeling processes, working with legal and government issues that come up, and day to day managing of ongoing construction projects.

Jim is a homeowner in Price Hill and loves his neighborhood! Volunteering to help others improve their lives is close to his heart. Jim also likes to hike, read books, remodel and play his guitar.
