Arts & Activation
Our arts and cultural activations are more than programs — they’re catalysts for connection, creativity, and transformation across Lower, East, and West Price Hill. From live music and visual arts to street‑level engagement and creative learning, Price Hill Will is committed to welcoming and investing in the community's vision for Price Hill, uplifting our neighbors and the places we love, and keeping the tenacious spirit of Price Hill alive.
Corridor-Focused Development
Price Hill Will’s corridor-focused development efforts aim to revitalize and strengthen key commercial and community corridors in Lower, East, and West Price Hill by combining historic building reuse, mixed-use development, affordable housing, small business space, and creative placemaking. Across Price Hill, we work with residents, councils, and partners to stabilize and reimagine underutilized properties, encourage new local businesses, and create walkable, attractive streetscapes that reflect resident-defined priorities — strengthening economic, social, and cultural vitality along Price Hill’s commercial corridors.
