Founded in 2004, Price Hill Will (PHW) is a community development corporation and arts-centered neighborhood anchor serving Lower, East, and West Price Hill. Price Hill is one of Cincinnati’s largest and most diverse residential communities spanning over 6.2 square miles and nearly 36,000 residents. Our mission is to strengthen Price Hill through inclusive community development, arts activation, neighborhood revitalization, and resident-centered pathways to long-term stability and opportunity.
Our uniquely integrated place-based model combines housing stabilization, corridor development, arts/culture, youth/family engagement, fiscal sponsorship, and activation of trusted public spaces.
When referring to Price Hill Will, the acronym PHW maybe used in place of Price Hill Will following its first use.
When referring to MYCincinnati or ARCO, both are programs of the Price Hill Will parent organization, thus Price Hill Will must be referred to.
When referring to WACC, Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus, or the Creative Crawls, Price Hill Will should be mentioned at least once in the article/post.
