Night at the Plaza
July 11th, 6 - 9 pm
-
For one evening, Warsaw Avenue will be transformed into a vibrant pedestrian plaza inspired by the gathering spaces of Spain and Italy. The vehicle-free street will feature European-style café seating, creating a welcoming place to gather, dine, and enjoy an evening of music, food, and community in the heart of Price Hill.
To create this unique experience, Warsaw Avenue will be closed to vehicle traffic from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM between Considine and Hawthorne. Guests are encouraged to park along adjacent side streets or at ARCO and enjoy a short walk to the event.

6:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Join us for the highlight of the evening as we celebrate the completion of Phase 2 of the Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus. This ribbon-cutting ceremony marks the culmination of a $13.5 million investment in the heart of Price Hill, bringing two new commercial spaces and nine residential apartments to Warsaw Avenue.
Following the ceremony, guests will have the opportunity to tour the newly completed residential and commercial spaces at 3104 Warsaw Avenue and experience firsthand the latest chapter of the Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus.

6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Experience an evening where arts and culture take center stage. Queen City Opera will bring the sounds of the opera house outdoors with a special open-air performance inspired by the lively public plazas of Europe.
Throughout the evening, 3113 Warsaw Avenue will be transformed into a pop-up movie experience, creating a unique destination for guests to gather, relax, and enjoy the creative energy that defines the Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus. From live performance to film, A Night at the Plaza celebrates the arts in all their forms.

No plaza celebration would be complete without great food and drinks. Enjoy a variety of local flavors throughout the evening, including the official launch of Sabor Alaniz, one of Cincinnati's newest culinary ventures.
Guests can also enjoy burgers and chicken sandwiches from Jonah's Place, handcrafted beverages from Wendigo Tea, and a selection of beer, wine, and specialty beverages available throughout the event. Grab a drink, find a seat, and enjoy a summer evening of food, music, and community on Warsaw Avenue.

Our Development StoryWarsaw Avenue Creative Campus — a vibrant hub in Price Hill — brings together artists, small businesses, and community programs to revitalize our historic neighborhood. Located in East Price Hill, the campus is one of the most frequented corridors of the three Price Hill neighborhoods, offering affordable studio space, commercial retail and food space, events, and arts space all within walking distance of the Incline District, Hamilton County Library, and City of Cincinnati CRC and Dempsey Pool.
This development was inspired by the renovation to the cornerstone unit, the MYCincinnati Firehouse. The result was PHW purchasing 10 units around the property, with the vision to provide a home for business and residents who were creatively minded and community-centric. The project is currently in phase two, with a focus on unity 3104-3106 Warsaw.
Monthly events connect residents and visitors, support local entrepreneurs, and showcase neighborhood talent.
WACC is a multimillion-dollar real estate development! It consists of 8 historic buildings in the 3100 block of Warsaw, including a beloved former firehouse turn home to Price Hill Will’s 100+ member MYCincinnati Youth Orchestra.
