The Glenway & Iliff Project is an exciting example of community-led development that retains existing businesses within the development plan, while adding much-needed new units to our depleted housing stock.
The first phase involves the renovation of the old Rosemont bank building (4024-26 Glenway) to move Tienda Los 3 Amigos and Custom Cuts Barbershop in, thereby opening the remaining buildings for a potential restaurant/beer garden in Phase 2. Construction on the entire parking lot is also a part of phase 1, so the entire block will look better, have improved lighting, and be safer for all!
