Over the last few years, we partnered with non-profit Your Store of the Queen City to bring Meiser's Fresh Grocery & Deli and the adjacent Outerspace (a shared artist studio space) to Lower Price Hill. This winter, we collaborated with them and other local organizations to bring a new outdoor patio to the space! The patio includes beautiful planters, colorful picnic tables, ceiling fans with lights, power outlets for neighbors to charge their electrical devices, and more features. An event celebrating the patio’s completion in memory of Lower Price Hill Resident, Cynthia Ford, will be held on Wednesday, March 15th from 3-6pm at 734-738 State Avenue. There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony and community cookout. The event will also kick off the new season for the Lower Price Hill Outdoor Farmers Market with several local vendors.
