Since late 2021, our buildings in the 3100 block of Warsaw have been under construction to become the Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus (WACC).
Located in the heart of East Price Hill, the Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus is a joyful place where youth and families can learn and grow together via the arts and creative pursuits. With Warsaw being a main corridor through East and West Price Hill, we see the Campus as a way to connect the momentum in the Incline District with the revitalization of ARCO (formerly, the Masonic Lodge), the Price Hill Branch Library, the Price Hill Recreation Center, Dempsey Park and Pool, and more.
So, we are currently inviting local businesses, entrepreneurs, and other creative ventures to join the Campus and help it thrive! We have four great, affordable commercial units available, two of which are retail spaces. Tenant improvement funds are available for the fitting of the other two units, which are food-oriented spaces perfect for a restaurant or café.
