Have you heard? Construction work on multiple buildings in the historic 3100 block of Warsaw is now underway! You read right. The long-awaited Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus is coming! A Groundbreaking Ceremony will be held at 10am on Wednesday, January 19th to celebrate this milestone.
What else can you tell us about the event?
The outdoor, masked event will be steps away from the beloved firehouse (located at 3120 Warsaw Avenue), which is home to MYCincinnati's Youth Orchestra. The firehouse will undergo construction in the Spring through early Fall! Renovations include new heating and air conditioning systems, an upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, new windows and doors, and accessibility improvements on the first floor.

What is the Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus (WACC)?
The Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus (WACC) is a commercial corridor improvement project in the heart of East Price Hill; it consists of multiple buildings in the 3100 block of Warsaw.
Warsaw is a main corridor through East and West Price Hill, and the Creative Campus is a way to connect the momentum in the Incline District with the revitalization of ARCO, the Price Hill Library, the Price Hill Recreation Center, Dempsey Park and Pool, and more.
Our vision for the Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus is to create a place where youth and families can learn and grow together via arts and creative pursuits.
