Welcoming 'Walk Warsaw' in Spring of 2022

In an effort to revitalize East Price Hill's Business District, the EPHIA, WPHCC, and Price Hill Will joined forces to create Walk Warsaw. Funded by the 2019 Neighborhood Business District Improvement Program (NBDIP), Walk Warsaw is an opportunity to enhance walkability and moderate vehicular traffic in EPH through the installation of painted crosswalk murals. We solicited designs for crosswalk murals at the intersection of St. Lawrence, Warsaw, and Enright Avenues in early March. The goal for the murals is to not only increase pedestrian safety, but also act as an attraction for locals and visitors alike.

After several rounds of submissions, iterations, and working diligently with the City of Cincinnati’s Department of Transportation and Engineering, the selection committee has chosen a design and lead artist. We are thrilled to reveal the design that Lead Artist Marin Emmanuel will be installing at this intersection. We will use the fall/winter to plan and fundraise for the project, and execute the mural in the spring of 2022. Follow our Facebook page for updates until then!
